Residing in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Dr. Iman pursued further studies at Melaka Matriculation College (2007–2008) after completing her SPM, before gaining admission to study medicine at Mansoura University, Egypt (Mansoura-Manchester program, 2008–2014).

Upon completing her studies in Egypt, she served as a Graduate Medical Officer at Sungai Buloh Hospital and continued as a Medical Officer during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a deep passion for family medicine, she furthered her experience at Kuala Selangor Health Clinic before transitioning to the private sector. She later joined the Klinik Sejahtera network before establishing her own practice: Klinik Dr Iman (formerly Klinik Keluarga Iman).

She is currently advancing her expertise in Family Medicine through the Graduate Certificate of Family Medicine program.

In early July 2023, Dr. Iman founded Klinik Dr Iman in Section 4, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, under her own management. The clinic operates daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
